This is a chutney that I first made over 20 years ago, I know it may sound strange but trust me, it's divine! It's great with cold meats, cheese or just on hot buttered toast.
Ingredients:
Cooking Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the temperature and simmer for around 20 minutes or until all ingredients are soft and mushy.
- Bottle into serilised jars and seal.
